Review: Bellwether

Connie Willis has won numerous Hugo and Nebula awards for her science fiction writing. This is the third book I've read by her and I still don't quite understand her appeal. I enjoyed To Say Nothing of the Dog, but can't say I've enjoyed Doomsday Book or Bellwether much. Everything seems so chaotic, confusing, and slightly depressing until a flurry at the end saves the day. There were some tidbits in both that I appreciated and some humorous passages, but her storytelling style apparently isn't a good fit for me.
