Staff Day 2019

This year's Staff Training day was a little different, and I can't said the topics were particularly relevant to my actual job. I mean, my main takeaways were to check my credit report for fraud and my mattress for bedbugs. Anywho...I always enjoy seeing how they incorporate the theme in to the decorations, food, games, and more. This year's theme was fantasy adventure and they even let us dress up! The lower level entrance was Wizard of Oz, the elevator was the Narnian wardrobe, the lobby/break area was Lord of the Rings, and the conference room was all out Harry Potter. Happy librarian nerds. Each department and branch was also tasked with creating a coat of arms. Enjoy this montage of some of the photos I was able to sneak in between sessions.
